Hi there,

Does anyone know if it's possible to download important documents from Windows 2010 from my old HP Tower onto my new Laptop please?

Ps: Had to buy a new Laptop as the HP Tower won't connect to the Internet and I am completely at a loss!!!!

Hi:

 

If your old PC is working, you can get a USB flash drive of sufficient capacity and copy any files you want to transfer to the flash drive.

 

Then plug the flash drive into your new PC and paste the files where you want them to be stored.
