I have issue with my laptop display, **bleep** to discuss it in detail.

Displayer drivers could certainly be the case, in a more serious case, it could be your actual display is damaged or failing. Further than that, you may be having a hardware issue with the processor and the APU is failing. Start with the drivers. 

If drivers don't fix the issue, one way to tell if it's the display or APU is by plugging the laptop into your TV or a monitor to see if the artifacts carry over to that display or stay on the laptop.
