Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Whenever I turn on the laptop it says "Hard Disk Error" I press enter to continue setup then it looks like its going to startup but it doesn't it takes me to this one screen either shut down or look at advanced options and I click on that.  Last time I did it, it showed reset but know it doesn't and I did try and reset it but It didn't work at all honestly I don't know what to do and I also tried all the other options but it doesn't work either way...
