 When we click on new, it's showing only folder not other options like shortcut, text document etc

That is standard Windows behaviour for the C: drive -- which Windows thinks this IS because you have Program Files folder saved there.  I do not know of any way to change this  -- and besides, it is a very BAD idea to have Program Files on any drive other than C:.

It look like that you've assigned this drive to a virtual machine drive...that's why its asking the permission, if you click on the folder option. Try this into your normal drive and see if the options are available or not?
