Just bought a hp touchsmart 520 PC with the o/s zorin on it off an old lady via Facebook market place n I can't use it coz it's got a user password lock on it, how do I either bypass the password lock or reset the password or remove the zorin o/s? P.s. worst o/s I've ever encountered even the old Commodore 64 with the tape drive had a better o/s

Since your PC is currently running Zorin OS, which is a third-party operating system not developed or supported by HP, we’re unable to assist with password removal, bypassing, or operating system troubleshooting.
 

For help with Zorin OS login issues, we kindly recommend you contact Zorin Support directly through their official website or community forums — they will be better equipped to guide you on unlocking or reinstalling their operating system.


HP can only assist you with any hardware-related concerns on our HP TouchSmart 520 PC
