Kann mit meinem Konto nicht anmelden

Hallo Zusammen,

 

Seitdem ich den Bios Update gemacht habe, kann ich mich nicht mehr mit in meinen Windows Konto einloggen. Immer wenn ich es versucht habe, bekam ich eine Meldung "Keine Anmeldung beim Konto möglich" Dazu sagt es, dass ich mich abmelden soll und wieder anmelden soll. Das habe mehrere Male versucht, aber ohne Erfolg. Ich habe jetzt öfter Homeschooling, aber wegen diesen Fehler kann ich nicht auf meine Dateien zugreifen. Ich brauche unbedingt Hilfe.

oh sorry my bad,
Hello, I have a problem, I made a BIOS update 2 days ago and since then I can no longer access my data, when I log into my account I get a message which tells me to log out and log in again. I have tried this several times but to no avail. My data is important to me and I homeschool often, so it would be great if you could help me with this.
