@Nandkumar0405 -- if it is a USB keyboard, does it work when you connect it to a different USB port on your computer? Does it work when you connect it to a different computer?

 

Does it have lamps that light up when it is getting power? When CAPS LOCK is engaged? When NUM LOCK is active?
