Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The mouse and keyboard have stopped working. The screen now also goes into sleep mode. There was an update the other day, and pc then worked but hasn’t since.  Unable to toggle any keys to check drivers etc. please can you help. Thanks
