you posted to desktop with x360 laptop, ( have one , gave to son) my comment is for next line.
making answers late or wrong, ( I can not see what is connected to any PC)
no x360 has portable keyboard, it is built in...
if is internal keyboard failure) (use $10 walmart usb keyboard to keep going. , keep one handy in your kit at all times)
go to HP.com
tell HP your service tag
and land on your very own support page, click drives and load them all . (for w10 ) or use the assistant app to do that.
no PC told just x360 of vast sub-models.

Thanks for replying, I updated all drives. Keyboard and TouchPad works when I turn on my desktop and stops working when welcome page pops up. Hp service technician said me there is OS problem. He installed new OS and keyboard and mouse works for 10 minutes after that they won't work.
