Product: HP Victus

For about 3-4 days now my Laptop randomly will freeze for about 1-2 seconds while i am doing anything, i haven't installed any software or anything similar, it will freeze while using Modeling software, just browsing the internet or playing which i find annoying.

HP Recommended

Do this:

- Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.
- Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.
- Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > Apply and OK.
- Close window, restart laptop.
- Test it.
