Hi @Venuvip,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like your HP All-In-One 24-Dp is displaying an error related to the sign-in option being disabled due to supposed failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue.
- Wait for 2 Hours: As the error suggests, try waiting for at least 2 hours without attempting to log in. After that time, attempt to log in again. This might be a security feature to prevent unauthorized access.
- Verify Pin Code: Double-check that you are entering the correct PIN code when logging in. Make sure there are no typos or mistakes. If possible, try logging in with an alternative sign-in option such as password or Microsoft account credentials.
- Check Power Settings: Ensure that your computer is not set to shut down automatically or go into sleep mode too quickly. If it is, adjust the power settings to allow the computer to remain powered on for a longer duration.
- Update Windows: Ensure that your operating system is up-to-date. Windows updates often include bug fixes and security patches that can address such issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update to check for updates.
- Run System Check: Perform a system check using built-in Windows tools or third-party software to ensure there are no underlying issues with your system's files or hardware.
- Check Event Viewer: Use the Event Viewer in Windows to check for any error logs related to the sign-in issue. It may provide more details about what's causing the problem.
- Reset PIN or Password: If the issue persists, try resetting your PIN or password. You can do this through the account settings in Windows.
Remember to back up important data before making significant changes to your system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
