Long DST failed

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 23 All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ran the hard drive diagnostics and it failed with ID 9GBQXK-74GA6Q-MFPM61-619U03. I tried to launch the recovery mode by pressing F11 after restarting but the menu for recovery did not appear; the PC continued with “attempting repairs “ sequence which doesn’t appear to do anything. I had exchanged HDD with another one from same PC. Thanks
