After getting issues with my computer I restarted from scratch and lost my apps that were on the PC when I first got it, one was Cyberlink Software, is there anyway I can get this back?

What is your machine actually, it must be 500-something. Please check its label at the back. I think the CyberLink version on your computer is not compatible with Windows 10.
I need to know exactly the model of your machine to be able to help because no Windows 10 support for MANY 500-xxx machines,
Otherwise please try CyberLink PhotoDirector Application for Windows 8.1 of the series:

Regards.

Only CyberLink PowerDVD (for CD, DVD and Blu-ray playback) software came with your machine as shown on its specs:

Please download and install the following software
CyberLink Power Media Player - Japan
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72222.exe
Cyberlink Power Media Player Software (for the rest - your machine is on The UK market):
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72140.exe
Regards.

Cyberlink PhotoDirector
CyberLink Corp.
3.0.5.4824
CyberLink Power2Go 8
CyberLink Corp.

CyberLink PowerDirector 10

I think it was PowerDVD that I used for DVD's etc
