All in One 22"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been getting this error since the 1st time I tried using the Windows Fax & Scan software that is built into Windows 10. I can print attachments by right clicking all the other programmes I have installed on my PC, but this one refuses.

I have Windows 10 Home

Outlook on subscription as part of Office 365 - so latest versions

HP printer 2540

I have checked in the registry - the version of Outlook is number 16 and it is apparently registered correctly.

Any ideas welcome - and thank you.

From other sources I found a general thrust that a predictable fix for MAPI errors is to re-install Office 365. I went through the process and found that the Mapi error has now gone.
