I have purchased a HP All-in-One 24-df0215in 23.8-Inch FHD with Alexa Built-in (AMD Ryzen 3-3250U/8GB/256GB SSD + 1TB HDD/Win 10/MS Office 2019/Jet Black) | {personal information removed} HSN:8471 on 23rd January, 2021.
The SSD start showing loading problem on April 27th, 2021, Reported the problem to the HP on May 1, 2021.
{personal information removed}
The HP technical service personnel handed over the Repaired PC to me on 1/7/2021.
However, when I check it on 2nd July, I have found that now I have the MS Office 2016 (in the repaired PC) instead of 2019 (that I have got with the purchase of HP PC). So, now how I can get back my MS Office 2019 back?
