MY CELLULAR NETWORK ISNT WORKING EVEN WITH I PUT SIMCARD WITH ENOUGH DATA. HOW CAN I SET UP MY VPN

If you have a HP business class PC that has a SIM card slot, most likely it does not have the optional WWAN adapter that connects to a cellular network if nothing is happening when you insert a SIM card.

 

All a SIM card does is authorize you to use your cellular provider's network.
