Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a HP Pavilion Desktop HP01-2255t which came with Windows 11 home.  I created an email account in windows and tried to access my Yahoo mail account.  I keep getting an error saying it cannot connect to the server.  When I go directly to Yahoo, I can access my mail with no problem.  I also tried to access my mail thru Outlook but still no results.

 

Anyone knows what this problem is?

 

I also get a message saying I don't have the privilege to save a file to the "C" drive.  Is this normal?
