I am having trouble with Microsoft Teams on my HP laptop. The connection is awful and I cannot share my screen or attend meetings via this software because it bogs my whole system down. This laptop is otherwise pretty fast and works well with all other programs. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

Switch to hard wired Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. If that makes a difference then post back here and we can work on speeding up your Wi-Fi
I'm not familiar with Microsoft Teams perhaps there are some setting to lower the resolution or optimize for systems that do not have accelerated graphics processor capable of using CUDA or OpenCL. See if enabling or disabling hardware acceleration helps. I assume there's a setting in the application for that
