just encountered this same problem, 100% of ram and 98% of cpu being used. force stop wouldn't stop the program so what I did to fix was the following:
1.Right click on the HP Omen process that is listed several times, doesn't matter which one
2.go to " open file location " it should bring you to a file inside of C:
3.Select all files and programs in that file folder and delete, and remove from your recycle bin.
4. go to start menu and type in "uninstall"
5. search for Omen in the uninstall search bar and click uninstall. It will come up with an warning that the program is running, click ok.
6. restart your PC and verify it is removed. your PC should be back to normal but monitor for any Omen installs with upcoming windows updates.
Hope this helps, I almost lost my CPU to this program!

- Go to the Microsoft Store to update all your software, including ‘Omen Gaming Hub’,’ to the latest versions (v1101.2406.15.0). Afterward, restart your PC.
