HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000a IDS Base Model

Hi All,

     I purchased a new Pavilion All-In-One PC from HP.com a little over a year ago. I purchased a Care Pack along with it, but it never came in my Email. I am frustrated as I have repeatedly tried to contact HP, with no luck. They want to go into my computer remotely, but I want to know if that is really necessary. If it is, I might try it to find out what they could do. I didn't let them do it at first.

Hi Gaya,

 

I have tried several times to contact by email, only once on the phone, during the time it was under warranty. I do not want to spend more money, as I was informed and "shown" that the Care Pack was an active subscription. I cannot find it, but I am not about to try to afford additional expenditure for the out of warranty phone service. I really cannot afford it at this point. 

Thanks for at least trying to help. I don't like having to reduce my ratings for HP. I will probably never need the Care Pack service warranty (to use it). I may reply again later.
