My Pc won’t turn on

it showing power by my keyboard lighting up but my pc it self isn’t turning on The monitor not responding and the pc lights won’t turn on when I unplug it the power light beeps once and it dies when I reply in in other outlets and press it to turn on it flicks with a start up sound to only not boot up like a car engine not starting up when you stick in the key

@PKosmo -- I think that you need to find a local "owner/operator" computer store, and pay them to trouble-shoot and repair your computer, since it seems to me that you don't have the skill-set of a computer technician to make your own diagnosis & repair.
