Product: HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y5Z0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My active program keeps changing.  While I am typing.  I can get about 15 characters in and it switches to another program.  I have disabled everything in start-up, updated all software, unplugged everything.  No change.
