Hi @RonB2,

 

Thank you for providing the printer details.

 

For the HP DeskJet 4300 All-in-One series, HP Support Solution Framework (SSF) is generally installed as a supporting component for HP software rather than as a standalone printer driver. If Windows is reporting that the installed SSF version is incompatible with Windows 11, I recommend reinstalling the current HP software package rather than trying to manually modify the existing SSF installation.

 

Please try the following:

  • Uninstall the existing HP software
  • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
  • Look for HP Support Solutions Framework and other HP printer software associated with the DeskJet.
  • Uninstall the relevant HP software.

 

Restart the computer.

  • Install the latest HP software for your DeskJet 4300 series from HP's official support page.
  • Enter the exact printer model/product number.
  • Select Windows 11 as the operating system.
  • Download and install the latest available HP software/driver package.
  • Restart the computer once the installation is complete.
