You will have to start with the windows 10 drivers and use windows and other apps to update

Download Windows 11 with this link and use an 8gb or larger US
if you are licensed for windows 10 home then do not install windows 11 pro
Get the latest HP support assistant .
Intel also has a support assistant for drivers
