HP Pavilion 23-g010 All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

a while back i bought a NUU G5 phone only to realize it will not connect to my hp pavillion 23 all in one desktop. The phone service people have dissmised me three times already and you all are my last hope. Ive tried installing adb drivers different types the internet recomended including the  universal driver but nothing has worked. { for file transfer) Do you think its the phone or the pc? Its an older model but every phone i've ever had connected with no issues.  internet says i may have to enable  TPM settings through UEFI bios settings but i find no mention of it anywhere in the bios plus i'm scared to change those settings.

Any suggestions, Info, good or bad would be greatly appreciated!!!!  Thanks in advance! God bless.

Eliud , just in case
