I have a HP Z2 Tower G5 Workstation 5A267UA#ABA Using Adobe Premiere Pro CC an issue developed. I sent Adobe support three photos showing the timeline and the area on the timeline where a few videos and audios went black. Adobe said to: "Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)." My nvidia control panel shows: nvidia t1000 Is the a current driver here with HP? if I need to go to Nvidia site what studio driver do I need to install? Thanks!

Hi @NonSequitur777

although it says it is for windows 11 it is also for windows 10, NVIDIA does not make a different driver. I always recommend using the HP ones because they can have modifications, if you look in the History this HP driver is not offered in Nvidia because it is modified and it is 735 MB.

Driver Results | NVIDIA T1000 | Windows 11

if it doesn't work then the user can use the official Nvidia one.

Hi @Meherabode

it is recommended to use the HP driver, if you still have the same error, then you can use the Nvidia driver.

@resistencia,

I think what the OP needs is this Nvidia-specific driver: Nvidia Drivers Home > NVIDIA T1000 | Windows 10 64-bit > NVIDIA RTX Driver Release 550, which is the most recent driver for the OP's Nvidia T1000 with Release Date: Tue Oct 22, 2024: https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/Quadro_Certified/553.24/553.24-quadro-rtx-desktop-notebook-wi....

Morning @resistencia,

I agree: if the HP driver works, then all is good.

Hi @NonSequitur777

Well sometimes HP driver modifications can bring other problems, they solve one problem but originate others, it's a lottery. But in principle it is better to start solving the problem with the HP drivers, there is always time to use the manufacturer's drivers,
