Product: HP Z240 Tower Base Model Workstation

Hi! I have HP Z40 Workstation Tower and yesterday my PC's bios settings restore defaults due to battery issue now I'm confusing about virtualization technology options, there are two options in my pc one is ''Virtualization Technology (VTX)'' and the 2nd one is '' Virtualization Technology for  Directed I/O (VTD)''. these two options are unchecked now I want to know that which option should I enable between one of above or I can enable both? please help me
