Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to disable rst so that I can install Linux mint Cinnamon. One problem is that everywhere I look it tells me steps that I cannot follow because it is either grayed out and non accessible or resets not saving any of the progress. The option in bios to turn raid or rst off is grayed out and locked.
