Network Adapter Driver missing

Internet is not working and states that I need to download the network adapter driver. 

Do you know where I can download it? Thank you

I have zipped up and attached the driver you need for the wifi adapter, below.

You will need to manually install the driver as follows...

Download and unzip the driver file I attached to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.  Click on the Network Controller device with the above hardware ID.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the unzipped driver folder.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.
