When I go to the Network Booster section in the OMEN app and the power options tab both say I need an update but when I click update it goes then it says "Error : System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path" how do I fix it ive tried restarting my pc and it still doesn't work.

Try these steps:
First, try running the OMEN Gaming Hub as Administrator. Close the app completely, right-click on the OMEN Gaming Hub icon, select Run as Administrator, and try updating again.
If that doesn’t work, reset the OMEN Gaming Hub. Press Win + I to open Settings, go to Apps > Installed Apps (or Apps & Features), find OMEN Gaming Hub, click the three dots, select Advanced options, and click Reset. Confirm, restart your PC, and try again.
You can also manually update the OMEN Gaming Hub. Open Microsoft Store and search for OMEN Gaming Hub. If an update is available, install it. If not, uninstall the OMEN Gaming Hub from Settings > Apps, restart your PC, and download and install the latest version from HP's official website.
Lastly, check HP System Event Utility and BIOS. Open HP Support Assistant and install all pending updates. Visit HP’s official website, download the latest BIOS and drivers, and install them.
After trying these steps, check if Network Booster and Power Options work. Let me know if you need more help! 😊
