Product: 15 Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got this computer this weekend. It will not read SD Card or Flash Drive. This is my last try before taking it back. Can't find any kind of number to call. This is a new Laptop.

I can provide you a number to call -- but personally, I doubt they can do anything as this is supposed to "just work out of the box"!

If it were my PC, I would return it for a full refund -- as you should not be having problems like this with a brand new PC.

It is not going to create a POP-UP window if Auto-play is not engaged for the device.  But, it would be found via File Explorer.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
