My company supplies Lenovo PC's with Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB and with this OS there is no Microsoft Store accessible so I can't install the HP Smart App.
I have a customer who wants to align their print cartridges on their HP Envy Pro 6455 and it looks like the only way to do this is thru the HP Smart App.
How do you suggest they do this?
Is it possible to download the HP Smart App onto a USB drive and install it?

Welcome to the HP User Community.
No, at this writing, the HP Smart application cannot be downloaded to USB and installed outside of the Microsoft Store
If the user cannot access HP Smart,
Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.
HP Envy 6055 | HP Envy Pro 6455 : Download & Install HP Full solution software on Win 10 Computer
The tools needed are available in the Printer Assistant (Print and Scan) shortcut (see example below).
After the software is loaded,
Page 40 and Page 97
To align the cartridges
a. Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the paper tray.
b. Open the printer software. For more information, see Open the HP printer software (Windows) on page 40.
c. In the printer software, click Print & Scan and then click Maintain Your Printer to access the printer toolbox.
The printer toolbox appears.
d. Click Align Cartridges on the Device Services tab.
The printer prints an alignment page.
e. Follow the onscreen instructions to align the cartridges. Recycle or discard the cartridge alignment sheet later.
6. Print a diagnostics page if the cartridges are not low on ink.

Sounds like you won't be able to install anything at all. Please talk with your IT manager of your company. Before my retirement, it took me 4 years to install a software on my machine after the vendor allowed us to deploy using normal software process (they had to rewrite some codes). Before that, I had to get a DVD and install on MY Private machine to use the software.

You are welcome.
Hopefully, you will at least have admin permission to load the printer software.
Companies do have rules - sometimes you have convince your IT department.

oh yes, I know all about the IT Nazis at some companies I visit.
The good thing is that my company supplies the PC and 99% of the time I get to it before them so I have full admin rights to do what I need to do.
