Hi, I have a HP All-in-One 27-cb1000a Bundle All-in-O (6P7G3PA) and today I noticed there's no longer any audio.
When I hover over the volume, it says 'No audio device is installed'.
I've spent hours following leads from Google searches, but still no sound. In the device manager, the only way I can see 'Sound' is by going to 'View > Unhide' and the Realtek device is not there.
I downloaded the Realtek drive exe and it begins to install, but then disappears so I'm not sure if the installation was succesful, but after restarting, still no audio.
I even updated the bios via device manager, restarted and no audio.
I also can confirm that the audio DOES work when I follow these steps which I found:
1) Shut down the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) click Component Tests > click Audio, and then click Run once.
Once going back to Windows, it still then doesn't work.
I'm lost, so any help would be amazing, or a Realtek HD audio driver for Windows 11 23H2 HP would be amazing, thanks.

Thanks for your reply, but that's the first place I went. I selected Windows 11 and the latest version there is 22H2 so I downloaded and installed it, but it's still saying 'No audio device is installed', plus in the device manager there is no sound card for Realtek. My version of Windows 11 is 23H2 so I'm not sure if that's the issue, or there is another separate issue.
