Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1000a (ID 1Z1C0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The PC in question comes pre-installed with OMEN software that works as a little hub for things like overclocking, fan control, RGB control etc. When I first got the computer, I was playing around with the RGB settings in order and I noticed that the section for RAM was temporarily closed due to bug fixes. A few days later, my OMEN app updated and instead of fixing the issues, the box was just removed entirely. 

 

I've tried installing third party software such as the retail software and the software for the Kingston fury RAM  which is the same model and neither detect the RAM to even be present.

 

I've also looked in BIOS but to no avail.

 

If anyone's got any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.
