After updating the HP App on my MacBook Air I have not been able to scan more than one document from the document feeder. I worked with Apple and they are saying that it is an issue with HP App. I do not know how to get a hold of someone at HP to file this issue. Can anyone help?

What happens if you try to manually copy from the feeder?  Put in 2-3 pages and press copy and see if the feeder works ok.

If not, then pop the feeder open and  clean the rollers, blowing out dust.  My  CM1415fnw frequently cannot feed the papers and need to be cleaned.  If the rollers have hardened they cannot grip the paper.  That can happen after long use and rollers can be renewed.

If the manual feed works then possibly a problem with a driver for a setting in the printer properties.

I copied two pages and it work fine. So I guess it is a driver or something. Do you have any suggestions about that?

Please download and run HP's scan doctor

Check the firmware version to be sure your system is up to date.

The following is for my probably older color laserjet.  I have windows 11 but the drivers for 10 will work

Get a printer report to see what the firmware version is.

My firmware is SPP5FN2021AR.

You did not mention your printer model.  In any event that HP scan doctor will tell you if you need an upgrade.  If it runs only in windows then I need your printer model

Drivers for MacOS 12 are here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-3830-all-in-one-printer-series/7172321...

The driver is dated Jan 27, 2022 so it pretty new.  If you have not  upgraded please download the "installation". app

It will switch over to the apple site to download.

I peeked at the windows 10 bios upgrade and your SPP5FN2021AR is the latest so you are ok there.

I cannot help you with configuring the properties of the Mac driver.  Maybe someone else here or at the apple community can help.  Clearly, the feeder is working OK manually.
