Hello! This problem has been going on for a while now.

Basically I can't login to my account on the OMEN Gaming Hub. I click on the login button, it redirects me to my browser (Mozilla Firefox), I click on "Login with Google" like I always do and it redirects me to the page where then the browser should send the info to the PC app.

Except that, when the app is loading, it doesn't complete the login process. And the webpage also gives me a connection error, despite the connection working just fine.

Also tried it with Google Chrome and the result didn't change.

Possibly the link is  not being handled correctly.  Edge and Chrome use chromium and that no longer allows http to open at secure "https" sites.

 

Use firefox 

or bring up edge or chome and go to setting and unblock the game hub site.

you might try clearing all cookies on chrome.

 

I do not have the game hub but i see the same problems with other tools.

But I am using Firefox. And that didn't change. I used Chrome because I thought the problem might be solved, but my default browser is Firefox.

Possibly you need to update the app from the Microsoft store as was done here

or maybe wait till the server gets rebooted.

 

How to update:

 

From window 10/'11 search bar enter WSRESET

and press return.  The will get the latest set of app else you might download an old version

then get an update to the game hub

 

Let me know what happens. I do not have an omen system so I've never used their game hub.  Only seen pictures of it.
