in the OMEN command center im trying to change my audio settings for my Omen Mindframe headset but its telling me that the audio driver is not installed and to go to the windows update download driver and i updated but nothing happened. So i decided to uninstall the OMEN command center and reinstalled. Then when I opened the command center it said my omen desktop isn't up to date but i don't remember what it exactly said. Also when i got my headset i was able to mess with the audio in the OMEN Command Center but now its been almost a year and this is the first time I've seen this. What can I do so I can mess around in the OMEN audio lab in the OMEN Command Center and has anyone ever had this type of problem?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Update OMEN Command Center by downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.
-
Click the Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar.
-
Search for OMEN Command Center.
-
Click Update.
As for the audio software, try the below steps:
please remove the software and try downloading and reinstalling the Audio software package & audio drivers from the device manager, once done, use the following link - this should also reinstall the B&o guide:
When the re-installation has completed,
restart the notebook.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
