HP Omen 30L
Microsoft Windows 11

OMEN Gaming Hub stopped working.  Have tried reinstalling but Microsoft Store returns error code 0x80073D05 despite numerous attempts.  I have followed other community solutions (update drivers, SDK, reset store cache) and none of these have made any difference.  I now cannot control the rgb lights on my HP Omen desktop.  Any other suggestions?

@Ollieburger1701, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If the licensing on the Windows Store is not synced properly, you will not be able to install apps on your Windows 10 computer. To manually sync it:

  1. Go to Windows Store
  2. Press Windows Key + C
  3. Open Settings
  4. Select App Updates
  5. Sync Licenses

Now reboot the system and try to download again.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hi thanks for your message.  I am actually on Windows 11 and Windows Key + C does not do anything in the store and there is nothing in settings in the store around syncing licences.

Thank you for trying to help again but the installer takes you back to the store and I get the same error message so unfortunately it has not resolved the issue.
