Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000i (393C6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Omen Gaming Hub notified me that under certain conditions, log files were being created and put into an HP footprints folder.  It told me To update the driver and to delete the said folder.  So I updated it and reset the computer.  However I can not find the footprints folder and now I am unable to customize my RGB on my case within the Omen gaming hub application.  I tried deleting the omen gaming hub app and reinstalling but it didn't work.   Any one have this issue or something similar/know what to do?
