Every time I load into Omen Gaming Hub everything works fine with the exception of the rewards section. As soon as I click the rewards section it just goes into an infinite loading phase (With the exception of the very first time in which you enter your birthdate, after that, loading phase). I tried literally everything you could possibly think of to bypass this, I've tried reinstalling, restarting, Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet, turning on my Location, turning off my Location, and I have literally let it sit there and try to load for 3 hours.

So, the next obvious solution is to create a fresh account and try that right? Wrong! Now the account that I created first is hardware locked to my PC. It also seems that no one else that has used the reward program can login to my account because they are also hardware locked to their own account.

I finally, FINALLY got what I was after. After well over 12 hours straight of messing with this software. It required me to bring out my girlfriend's 10-year-old laptop and create an entirely fresh account (this account I'm using actually).

So, what I need to find a way to do is to completely remove the account that is currently associated with my hardware. (Also, completely remove the hardware associations of this account which would be my girlfriend's laptop). So, I can hopefully start everything fresh and see if that fixes my issues for stuff like this in the future.

Just for reference. I have read the help page for the software up and down multiple times. I live in the United States, I am well over the age of 18, and if my girlfriend's 10-year-old laptop can run the software and launch solitaire then my computer should have absolutely no issues. Also, I was after the warframe giveaway, again, I received it. I am not interested in trying for a second code (which I get is why there is a hardware lock to begin with). EVEN IF I were to get a second code, Warframe's site would not allow me to enter the code twice.

If anyone has any information or could point me in the direction of how to actually put in a proper support ticket without owning an HP product, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks for your time!

Hmm, not sure the etiquette on bumping your own posts here but I have to assume it's frowned upon. So, this will be my last post here unless someone happens to respond to me. 😞

I do realize that this isn't an issue that most people are going to be able to fix and that I am more than likely going to have to go through support. The main reason I posted here is because I truly have no idea how to get in touch with anyone from Omen/HP support on this. It's not that I haven't tried, believe me, I have tried.

If I could get an email address, or just some way to contact someone from support. That would be more than helpful. The automated bot just runs me in circles and ends up linking me to the FAQ and troubleshooting guide for Omen's Gaming Hub. And when I try to contact support by their official channel it requires that I enter a serial for an HP product. Which again, is not included with this software.

Thanks again for any help provided, and I'm sorry for bothering you all.
