I have already had to reinstall the BIOS on my laptop twice whenever the laptop is powered down because when is starts again, none of the numbers in the top row -- I have no keypad -- work. This is a pain if you're using a PIN.
Reinstalling the Omen Hub doesn't fix the issue. I first had to have the HP Remote Tech figure out the problem. If I have to reinstall BIOS every time I want to shut down and then use the computer, then HP Laptops are not the product to buy.
Omen Hub has been a problem before, forcing me to reinstall it immediately after I bought this brick. It's also probably the cause of some issues I have with Chrome, specifcally trying to open an unknown page on deleting extensions.
