Omen gaming Hub

Installed omen gaming hub (Honestly, for the warframe rewards and giveaway) and it opened and worked fine the first time, after completing the first challenge when I returned to see progress it just says "loading available prizes" like in the image and never loads, I already tried reinstalling, restarting,  clearing cache, waiting a couple hours, trying a different day and nothing.

The rewards are only available in the US. You live in Mexico therefore option is N/A from start.

According to the article: https://www.warframe.com/news/hp-omen-giveaway
Which, I would believe it was reviewed and approved, it states "Terms and conditions apply. Only valid for players in the United States, India, Mexico and the United Kingdom" 
And according to the terms and conditions of the sweepstake  it stated it was available to Mexico residents, and the rewards tab loaded once without any hiccups so I'm guessing that must've changed at some point recently.

I think @banhien  is right, as the rewards feature is only enabled and/or available for USA and China, and the rewards feature is only available on certain computer models, plus you must be 16 years old or older to participate in the rewards feature.
Now, previously you could use the rewards feature?

Yeah, previously I was able to access and use the rewards feature without problems, even entered the international giveaway through there without problems. 

Oh well, guess I'll have to wait or hp support, thanks for the help.
