Good Morning Community,

We are having an issue on Windows 10 and Windows 11 with Outlook closing.  This is happening to a majority of our HP computers.  When sending an email as an attachment from another application, like Adobe, to Outlook it allows you to set up the email as normal.  Then when you click the "Send" button Outlook just closes.  When you reopen Outlook and check the outbox you will see the email waiting to go.  The email will then go out.  This issue happens every time when doing a send from an application to email.  This issue is happening to all our PC's.  We have removed and reinstalled Adobe, Office 365, and HP Wolf Security.  We have confirmed that all 3 applications are running the latest versions of the programs.  The only thing that works is completely removing HP Wolf Security.  This issue just started last week on all our PC's.  Is this an issue that anyone else or HP is aware of?  Has anyone found a solution other than removing HP Wolf Security?  I look forward to your responses.

Thanks,

RC

Hello,

On outlook Add-In, do you find a wolf add-in, if so try to disable it and try again.

The HP Sure Click Outlook Add-in 4.3.8.391 is installed.  Unfortunately, you are unable to disable this add-in.  The only way to remove it is by uninstalling HP Wolf Security.  If you uninstall Wolf Security it works just fine.  Once you install Wolf Security again the same problem happens.

To uninstall HP Wolf Security search for 'Add or remove programs' in the Windows Start menu. Select 'HP Wolf Security' from the 'Apps & features' list. Press the 'Uninstall' button to uninstall the software.
