After I hibernate the Windows 11 the PC successfully hibernates. but then it auto restarts and ask for BIOS password to boot. Then I manually have to shut down the PC from power power on desktop.
Any solution to fix this? I think there was a driver for this to fix.

I don't think this is a driver issue. The system is waking immediately after hibernation due to a wake source (USB, network, or BIOS power settings). Disable wake permissions in Windows, turn off Wake-on-LAN/USB in BIOS, and disable "restore after AC power loss". Also disable Fast Startup in Windows 11. These steps typically should resolve the post-hibernate auto-restart behavior.
