HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c1000 (4G584AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

New HP all-in-one Windows 11 desktop has replaced my old HP all-in-one Windows 10 desktop.  I cannot access my Music Library with my Sonos 1 Controller.  When I try to add my Music Library to Sonos, the message is that the PC "refuses" access.   I had  no problem with access when my Windows 10 PC was on the network.  I have spent many hours with different Sonos support techs, HP support,  also some time with Norton support, and some time with Microsoft support.  Many attempts and manipulations were made including uninstalling and reinstalling Sonos, using the InPlace file from Microsoft to essentially reinstall Windows 11, inactivating firewalls (including uninstalling Norton), adjusting the Traffic Rules in Norton, assuring that Sonos has all permissions, rebooting my router, unplugging and restarting my Sonos Connect and Play5 speakers, etc., all without success.  Has anyone run into this problem since upgrading to a new Windows 11 HP PC?  Has anyone found a solution?
