Solution

Right click Unknown Device named “PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller driver" and click Update driver and browse my computer and i typed C:\ and that found an old serial uart (which I think is a dial up modem driver) and the hardware item was added int he long list of itmes under System Devices as "Legacy Device"?.  I don't think it has any impact on the system but I don't like having driver errors becasue it makes it harder to troubleshoot when there is a problem.
