Hi:

You need this driver for the PCI serial port...

This package contains the Intel Local Management Service (LMS) and Serial-over-LAN (SOL) support for Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) for the supported desktop models and operating systems. This software is part of the Intel Digital Office Initiative.

Hi Paul,

Thanks.  It solved my issue with PCI Serial Port and the other file that you uploaded regarding PCI Simple Communication Controller.  However, I encountered a new problem with my PC such as monitor going to sleep

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't know what you can do about that issue.

I have a dc7800 CMT running W10 Pro for years and it has no problems.

I did install an AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphics card in mine when it was running on W7.

If you are running on the onboard Intel graphics, that might be a problem, but I couldn't say for sure.

You could also try installing the latest W8 chipset driver for your PC and see if that helps any...
