Product: HP 15-bs234wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand New Laptop HP 15-bs234wm cannot remember my laptop computer password to access my laptop computer, what can I do to resolve this issue.  HP wasn't any help at all.  I am running Windows 10 operating system.  Any suggestions?

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.
