Hello , Yesterday I completely wiped my PC and now when I plug in my focusrite 2i2 my pc crashes. Pleas help

You said you WIPED your PC, to actually WIPE a drive, you have to do a special Secure Erase function on the drive  -- which basically removes all the data from it and returns it to the condition is was when new -- nothing on it, not even a filesystem.  Is this what you did?

 

Also, after WIPING your drive would have been blank and you would have had to reinstall Windows from scratch, so I have to ask WHERE did you get the install media from?
