Product: HP All-In-One Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few weeks back, my Icons and Description of those Icons were Changed in my Picture folder. The descriptions were changed into Numerical fashion and All of the Icons themselves were changed to resemble the exact Same image of 2 hills with a moon in the background. I would appreciate any suggestions/Fixes for this. Thank you HP Community.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Open File Explorer, and view your Pictures folder.  Now click on "View" selection at the top of the page.

 

See what's been selected.  If it shows "List", change it to one of the "Icon" selections.
